SHIPPING

All orders ship within 48 hours, or 2 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Try it on. If it’s not right, you can return or exchange it at no cost. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have all hangtags still attached.

To start a return or exchange, email support@terrenohats.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you’d like a return or exchange
  • If exchanging, the style, color, and size you’d like instead

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange promptly.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all hangtags attached
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Custom hats are final sale

WARRANTY POLICY

At Terreno, we build hats to last. Every material, every detail, and every line of structure is chosen to create headwear that holds its shape, keeps its fit, and earns a place in your everyday.

We stand behind every hat we make. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

If you believe your Terreno hat has an issue due to a defect in materials or workmanship, contact support@terrenohats.com and we’ll take care of you.

Limited Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, Terreno will replace the hat with the same or comparable style, depending on availability.

This warranty applies to hats purchased directly from Terreno or an authorized Terreno dealer, and is valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

To submit a claim, email support@terrenohats.com and include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase from an authorized Terreno dealer
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Proof of purchase may include a store receipt, email receipt, order confirmation, or other documentation showing the date and place of purchase.

Warranty Period

Terreno hats are covered by this warranty for two years from the original purchase date.

What’s Not Covered

Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not covered by this warranty.
